Minimum Wage Increase

As of January 1, 2024, the minimum wage in New York increased to $16 per hour in New York City, Westchester, and Long Island. Concurrently, for the rest of the state the minimum wage increased to $15 per hour. This adjustment is part of broader initiatives aimed at enhancing economic fairness and equitable compensation across various regions of the state.
